Becoming a stay-at-home mom after our son was born, gave me time. Lots of time. I discovered how much I loved to cook good food, but most of all, how gratifying it is to bake from scratch. I learned to bring ingredients to room temperature & what a difference a sifter makes. I don't claim to be any kind of a baking expert, but there's alot to be said for trial & error in the kitchen.
When our son's first birthday rolled around, in what felt like a matter of a few months, I was anxious to bake his very first cupcakes. I turned to a recipe book, didn't stray from the instructions and they turned out pretty good. From that day forward I became a recipe rebel. I tweaked recipes, created new ones and found a love of baking cupcakes.
I truly love sharing my tiny piped desserts. I am proud & excited to offer them to you.
